- 4–5 Years

⭐ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
✅ Maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize machine downtime
✅ Carry out fitting, alignment, installation, and maintenance activities
✅ Ensure equipment reliability and smooth plant operations
✅ Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work
✔ Experience with rotating equipment and industrial machinery
✔ Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
✔ Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
