IT Coordinator – Job Responsibilities
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate and schedule field engineers’ visits across Kutch District.
✅ Act as the primary IT Coordinator at Sarhad Dairy for Akashganga Company.
✅ Coordinate with users for software and hardware-related queries.
✅ Track and monitor support requests until resolution.
✅ Communicate with development and technical teams for issue resolution.
✅ Prepare daily service reports and maintain support documentation.
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
✔ Basic networking knowledge.
✔ MS Office proficiency.
✔ Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
IT Support Engineer (Field) – Job Responsibilities
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
✅ Install and configure Windows operating systems.
✅ Configure and troubleshoot Weighment Machines.
✅ Install and configure FAT Testing Machines.
✅ Install printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
✅ Provide on-site technical support to customers across Kutch.
✅ Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
✅ Prepare service reports after each field visit.
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
✔ Computer hardware repair and maintenance.
✔ Basic networking and LAN troubleshooting.
✔ Experience with Weighment Machine and FAT Machine configuration.
✔ Good communication and customer support skills.
✔ Willingness to travel across Kutch for field service.
