• Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality stan-dards and specifications. Maintain produc-tion schedules and optimize processes for maximum efficiency, minimize downtime and maintain accurate records of produc-tion data and report daily activities.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime, ensure the proper functioning and calibration of tools and machinery.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, Perform inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive quality initiatives like lean manufacturing.5S, Manufacturing excellence etc. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Business Development Manager– Domestic & international markets (Job code: 290304)
• Identify and develop new international market op-portunities for ERW pipes and tubes. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
