📌 Position: Shift Incharge (Process)
🎓 Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
- Candidates from other Engineering disciplines with relevant experience may also apply
👨💼 Experience Required:
- Relevant experience in operating and supervising a Caustic Soda, Chlor-Alkali, or similar continuous process plant
- Hands-on experience with DCS (Distributed Control System) operations is mandatory
- Experience in process safety, troubleshooting, and leading shift operations is preferred
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure safe and efficient plant performance
✅ Monitor and control plant operations through the DCS for optimum process performance
✅ Ensure safe plant startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities
✅ Coordinate with maintenance and utility teams for smooth plant operations
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
✅ Analyze process deviations and implement corrective actions
✅ Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation
✅ Guide and motivate shift personnel to achieve operational excellence
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Chemical Process Operations
✔ Hands-on experience with DCS (Distributed Control System)
✔ Process troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of Process Safety and Environmental Compliance
