🎓 Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering (Preferred)
- Candidates from other Engineering disciplines with relevant experience may also apply
👨💼 Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ Years of hands-on experience with Yokogawa DCS Systems
- Experience in Chemical, Process, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure reliable operation of instrumentation and control systems
✅ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of plant instrumentation
✅ Troubleshoot and maintain Yokogawa DCS systems
✅ Configure, diagnose, and optimize control systems
✅ Improve plant reliability, efficiency, and operational performance
✅ Maintain compliance with safety standards and plant procedures
✅ Support instrumentation upgrades and process automation initiatives
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in Yokogawa DCS Operation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
✔ Knowledge of Control Loop Tuning and Process Automation
✔ Experience with Field Instrumentation Integration, Alarms & Interlocks
✔ Familiarity with PLC, HMI/SCADA Systems and Industrial Communication Protocols
✔ Instrument Calibration and Maintenance Knowledge
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
