Job Description:

Should have good knowledge about the store function like Day-to-day store activities, Planning, Inventory Control & Physical Audit (Internal & External) Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Receive, inspect, and organize stock deliveries.
Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Coordinate stock replenishment and returns.
Provide training to the workman related to material handling procedures, PPEs, Kaizen & 6s.
Knowledge of ISO standards.
